This is what is observed today, Friday, September 23, in the streets of the municipality of San Francisco, Venezuela. The state-owned telephone company Cantv, began this Friday the offer of its shares in the local stock market, according to the placement notice, which is part of the Bolivarian Government's turn of opening public companies to seek income. This week the vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, said that up to 5% of the shares held by the State of Cantv would be offered in the stock market in four rounds aimed at workers, retirees and national and foreign investors.
